Yn yr Hafan, rydym yn darparu amgylchedd cefnogol a chynhwysol. Rydym yn cynnig sesiynau bore a phrynhawn, gan groesawu plant o bob oed.

Ein ffocws yw datblygu annibyniaeth, hyder, sgiliau craidd, iaith, mathemateg a datblygiad yr iaith Gymraeg pob plentyn trwy ddull personol a meithringar.

Rydym yn gweithio'n agos gyda phob plentyn i sicrhau eu bod yn cael eu cefnogi'n academaidd, yn gymdeithasol ac yn emosiynol. Rydym hefyd yn darparu amrywiaeth o weithgareddau synhwyraidd i wella dysgu a lles.

Welcome to The Hafan

At The Hafan, we provide a supportive and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. We offer both morning and afternoon sessions, welcoming children of all ages.

Our focus is on developing each child’s independence, confidence, core skills, language, mathematics, and Welsh language development through a personalised and nurturing approach.

We work closely with every child to ensure they are supported academically, socially, and emotionally. We also provide a variety of sensory activities to enhance learning and wellbeing.

Trefn wythnosol y bore

Mae pob sesiwn yn dechrau gyda chyfarchion personol, Amser Bwced, a hunan gofrestru.

Yn ystod ein sesiynau bore, rydym hefyd yn cynnwys amser brecwast i annog sgiliau bywyd ac annibyniaeth.

• Dydd Mawrth: STEM/ Lles a throchi iaith
• Dydd Mercher: Mathemateg a cherddoriaeth
• Dydd Iau: Iaith a Disgo toes
• Dydd Gwener: Awyr Agored

Morning Weekly Routine

Each session begins with personal greetings, Bucket Time, and self-registration.
During our morning sessions, we also include breakfast time to encourage life skills and independence.

• Monday: Physical Education and English (RWI for older children)
• Tuesday: STEM / Wellbeing and Language Immersion
• Wednesday: Mathematics and Music
• Thursday: Language and Dough Disco
• Friday: Outdoor Learning

Sesiwn prynhawn

Drwy gydol yr wythnos, mae plant yn cymryd rhan mewn amrywiaeth o weithgareddau grwpiau bach.

Rydym yn canolbwyntio un wythnos ar ddatblygiad yr iaith Gymraeg, a'r iaith Saesneg y wythnos ar ôl.

Mae ein sesiynau prynhawn hefyd yn cynnwys ymyrraeth mathemateg, STEM, Lles, Cerddoriaeth, Trochi Iaith, a gweithgareddau Sgiliau Mudol man.

Afternoon Sessions

Throughout the week, children take part in a range of small group and individual activities.

We alternate focus each week  one week on Welsh language development, and the other English language,

Our afternoon sessions also include mathematics intervention, STEM, Wellbeing, Music, Language Immersion, and Fine Motor Skills activities.
