Mae'r Pennaeth yn gyfrifol am arwain yr ysgol o ddydd i ddydd ac mae'n gweithio'n agos gyda'r Corff Llywodraethol i ddarparu'r addysg orau bosibl i'r disgyblion. Mae'r Llywodraethwyr yn gweithio gyda'r staff i ddatblygu polisïau, strategaethau a systemau sy'n cefnogi’r cwricwlwm yn effeithiol ac ethos cadarnhaol yn yr ysgol. Yn Ysgol Santes Tudful mae gennym gorff llywodraethu cryf, gweithgar sy'n gwirfoddoli eu hamser i sicrhau bod pob plentyn yn cael cynnig y cyfleoedd gorau i ddysgu a datblygu. Mae'r corff llywodraethu yn cynnwys y pennaeth, rhiant-lywodraethwyr, llywodraethwyr staff, llywodraethwyr Awdurdodau Lleol a llywodraethwyr cymunedol yn ogystal ag annog ymgysylltiad trwy lais disgyblion. Mae hyn yn galluogi llywodraethwyr i gael gwell dealltwriaeth o effaith penderfyniadau o safbwyntiau gwahanol. Mae hyn er mwyn sicrhau bod yr ysgol yn cael effaith gadarnhaol ar y gymuned leol, rhieni a staff gan sicrhau bod hawliau pob plentyn unigol yn cael eu cynnal. 

The head teacher has responsibility for the day to day running of the school and works closely with the governing body to provide the best possible education for the pupils.  The governors work together with staff in developing policies, strategies and systems which support both the effective delivery of the curriculum and a positive ethos within the school.  At Ysgol Santes Tudful we have a strong, active governing body who volunteer their time to ensure all children are offered the best opportunities at learning and developing.  The governing body is made up of the head teacher, parent governors, staff governors, local authority governors and community governors as well as encouraging engagement via pupil voice.  This enables governors to gain a better understanding of the impact of decisions from many different perspectives.  This is to ensure that the school has a positive impact on the local community, parents and staff, while ensuring that the rights of each individual child is upheld.
